Engle recently spoke on a special two part CLE entitled “PA Grand Jury Practice: Investigating and Indicting.” The program, sponsored by the Philadelphia Bar Association, was intended to help practitioners understand the grand jury process within Philadelphia and provide insight into the Pennsylvania Investigating Grand Jury Act.
Ronald L.
